We are progressing proposals for 90 new build homes in Tollcross, East Glasgow. The development will provide a mix of 3bed, 2bed houses and as well as flatted accommodation. The site strategy centres around ‘the avenue’, a new north/south linear park and pedestrian access route, which links with a loop road providing rational and logical access to the various residential units. The strategy also reinstates historical site access and enables future links at the southern end of the site. There is a new, built frontage to Easterhill street which looks to repair this area of streetscape.
