Retrofit and Built Heritage This year, we have continued to expand our expertise in retrofit and heritage preservation through projects and training. We were thrilled to see our work recognised at the @architectsjournal Retrofit & Reuse Awards, where we received both the Retrofit of the Year Award, and Positive Addition (up to £5 million) Award for New Olympia House. We celebrated the completion of the refurbishment of Yoker Evangelical Church and the site start of the Category B-listed @thepipefactoryglasgow retrofit, developed in collaboration with @loadermonteith. Our team has also been progressing retrofit proposals for The Crichton Project for @thecrichtontrust and the @scottishwomensinstitutes working alongside @whitearkitekter. It has been an exciting journey working with Conservation Architect Fiona Sinclair on Girvan’s Story, a community-led regeneration project developed by @southayrshirecouncil in partnership with the local community. We look forward to sharing more about this project in the new year! In 2025, we look forward to seeing the completion of the Take a Bow Opportunity Centre retrofit and the Millport Town Hall renovation, as well as progress on two exciting retrofit projects for @_hubliving_ in Edinburgh. Thank you to our clients and collaborators for such a brilliant year. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and all the best for 2025!
