Over 50% of our live projects involve retrofitting, refurbishing, or extending existing buildings. We strive to celebrate and preserve a building’s rich history and maximise its potential by creating functional, flexible and accessible spaces for future generations. Works have commenced at the Take A Bow Opportunity Centre in Kilmarnock. The #retrofit project will upgrade and extend the existing building to create new community spaces and significantly improve the environmental performance of the 1970’s community hub to align to Net Zero Carbon performance targets.
