Planning submitted for 49 new homes in Paisley. O’DonnellBrown are pleased to be working with Ediston Homes to deliver the new properties on a vacant brownfield site off Neilston Road, Paisley. The development comprises 12 two bed flats and a mix of Ediston Homes two storey houses and townhouses. A Streets For People approach has been adopted and a new area of landscaped open space is placed at the centre of the development. The design of the flatted block takes references from the composition and scale of the nearby Brodie Park tenements as well as the character found in Paisley’s industrial heritage. O’DonnellBrown are working alongside Rankin Fraser (landscape) and Quattro Consult (engineering) to deliver the project.
