RetroFirst - Post 1/3 Over 50% of our live project list involves working with an existing building. Whether it is altering, extending or finding a new use for a building we always enjoy the design challenges and opportunities which are presented to us. Having completed the feasibility study in 2019 for Millport Townhall, the project progressed to site earlier this month. The design rationalises the existing plans with an extension to the south. This creates a new accessible entrance for the building, and three holiday let flats on the first floor.
