Maxwell Park Pavilion - Post 2/4 Commissioned by two registered charities, Friends of Maxwell Park and the Pollokshields Burgh Hall Trust, the new pavilion is a community-led project which will provide shelter and toilets for park users, as well as a café and venue for social functions and meetings, significantly benefitting the local community. It looks to reinstate the community facilities in the park, which were an integral part of the plan when the park was first conceived in the nineteenth century.
