Post 2/3 We are excited to share our recently submitted planning application for Olympia House in Bridgeton, Glasgow. The proposals are to de-furbish the building into new office spaces, and express the existing fabric of the roof trusses and brick walls. The existing building has an under-utilised side alleyway that contains an escape stair which reduces the natural light provision to the building. As part of the proposal, this alleyway is to be opened up and converted into the new accessible main entrance which is signified by the Beacon structure.
