Rowardennan Visitor Centre We enjoy the opportunities that architecture offers to work in interesting and inspiring contexts. As we kick off #2024 we are excited to be progressing three new projects in three special locations. The opportunity to continue our research into natural materials will be explored through an options appraisal to reimagine the existing Rowardennan Visitor Centre within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and located at the foot of Ben Lomond. The building which is now 20 years old is constructed of a green oak frame and earth walls. As part of our ongoing studio research into natural materials and earth construction we are interested to learn how the building has weathered over time and how adaptable the materials are as we consider retrofit options. @lucinsider @blythandblyth1848 @lomondtrossachs
