New Olympia House Post 1/3 We are delighted to announce that the refurbishment of 13 Olympia Street in Bridgeton is starting construction next month. We have been working for the past year with Clyde Gateway @clydegatewayglasgow , David Narro Associates @davidnarroassociates , Harley Haddow @harleyhaddow and McLeod + Aitken to get the project to this stage. The proposal is to ‘de-furb’ the existing building into an office space for a single tenant. Years of piecemeal alterations will be stripped back to celebrate the existing building fabric which will also be enhanced to significantly improve the thermal performance. In order to make the building fully accessible, a new ramped main entrance is incorporated in the existing side alleyway.
