Maxwell Park Pavilion Post 3/3 We are delighted to receive planning permission for our Maxwell Park Pavilion project. This is a credit to everyone involved who helped to get to this key project milestone since we began working on it in 2018. Looking beyond the site boundary, we created a building which makes new connections, frames existing views, and takes inspiration from the landscape and historic architecture surrounding the site. It features extensive glazing to maximise connection with the park benefiting the mental and physical health of building users.
