Landscaping and facade works progressing at The Foundry on Maxwell Road. The Foundry is a mixed tenure housing development on the south side of Glasgow city centre providing 199 mid market rent apartments and 10 private for sale townhouses. The development will provide a mix of 2 bed and 3 bed flats, maisonettes, and townhouses centered around a ‘green link’ which will connect Maxwell Road on the southern edge of the site to a new cycle route at the north west corner of the site.
