Pipe Factory Post 2/3 The design brief seeks the comprehensive refurbishment of the building to provide a creative home and hub for the three communities, along with high-quality space for small businesses and social enterprises, as well as flexible and accessible public space for a range of activities aligned with the mission. The works will include the repair of the historic building fabric and features; full accessibility; insulation and energy efficiency improvements; a low-carbon heating system; and new services throughout.
