Govan Graving Docks - 1/3 Recently we have been working to detail and refine our proposals for the residential buildings as part of the Govan Graving Docks regeneration project. This process has greatly benefitted from the use of physical modelling and iterative testing. After working with the massing at a site wide scale we spent time creating bay models to investigate the façade articulation of each building using interchangeable panels. This technique has enabled the testing of brick reveal depth, material choice, window positions and relationship to human scale.
