Govan Graving Docks Post 3/3 Creation of a New Urban Wetland The basin included within the western side of the site is currently host to an urban wetlands project being led by Blue Green Glasgow CIC. This innovative scheme was initially showcased during COP26 in Autumn last year. Engagement and Co-creation Govan and its community must be at the heart of the emerging regeneration vision. We are at the earliest stage, and are looking forward to building on two years of discussion within the community to date, at consultation events across this Summer, to provide the project team with the richest backdrop possible for ideas surrounding the site as part of a truly participatory, collaborative, design led approach.
