Project Completions Now that 2026 is underway, we are taking a moment to look back at several key project completions from 2025. We celebrated the completion of the Take a Bow Opportunity Centre in Kilmarnock, transforming a damp and inefficient 1970s community building into a vibrant, energy-efficient hub for performing arts, youth development, and community life. The project was shaped through close consultation with local residents and young people, and delivered in collaboration with @narroassociates @carbonfutures and Armour Construction Consultants. We also completed the refurbishment and extension of Millport Town Hall on the Isle of Cumbrae, bringing a long-vacant civic building back into active community use. Developed as a community-led project, the renewed town hall now provides flexible performance, heritage, and community spaces alongside new holiday accommodation that supports the building’s long-term sustainability. In Glasgow’s Southside, we delivered 209 new homes at the Foundry. The housing-led regeneration transforms the former Etna Foundry site through a network of courtyards and a new green link, reinterpreting the site’s industrial heritage within a contemporary residential masterplan. Thank you to our clients and collaborators who helped bring these projects to completion!
